How do you want to receive your policy and COC?
You can bring the policy and COC with you to the LTO for registration of your vehicle.
If your application has been paid but you did not receive your COC and policy, please send us a message via our Facebook www.facebook.com/perlainsuranceofficial) or our Viber 09498179478 from Monday to Friday, 8-5 pm.
No cancellation of COC shall be allowed.
